1. USER INSTRUCTIONS
1.1 OPERATION STEPS 1) Connect the charger plug to the AC outlet.
2) Connect the red clamp of the charger (marked +) to the positive pole of the battery.
3) Connect the black clamp (marked -) of the charger to the negative pole of the battery.
4) Press the mode button twice, the battery voltage is flashing at this time, press the mode switch to select the battery voltage you need.
5) Press the mode button twice, the charging current is flashing at this time, press the mode switch to select the charging current you need.
6) Press the mode button twice, the battery type is flashing at this time, press the mode switch to select the battery type you need.
7) Press the mode button twice, the low temperature mode is flashing at this time, press the mode switch to enter the low temperature mode, if there is no need for the low temperature mode, this step can be skipped.
8) Long press the mode button for 3 seconds to save the charging parameters, press the mode button to enter the charging mode immediately or wait for 15 seconds, the charger will enter to charge automatically, if you need to reset the new parameters, turn off the AC power and connect the AC plug again, perform steps 4-7 again;
9) Press the “mode” button to start charging. At the same time, the system will remember the charging mode as the last time. There is no need to reset the parameters when using the same battery next time. You can skip steps 4-7 to set when using it. Press the mode button to start charging.
10) When the charging voltage is not the same as the battery voltage, the LCD screen will display error E06. At this time, please confirm again, if the battery voltage is not the same as the charging voltage, please exit the charging. If the battery voltage is the same as the charging voltage, please long press the 5S mode button to enter the charging mode.
11) When the car battery is slightly discharged and the car engine cannot start, the car battery needs a quick charge to charge the battery. This quick charge operation method is: after connecting the AC plug, press the mode button for more than 5 seconds at this time, the repair mode icon will flash, continue...pressing the mode button for another 5 seconds, the Start Aid icon will flash. Press the mode button to enter the quick charge mode.
12) When the battery needs to be repaired, connect the AC plug, then press the mode button for more than 5S. At this time, the repair mode icon will flash on the display, press the mode button to enter the battery repair.
13) BMS unlock: when the lithium battery BMS is locked, the output voltage of the battery terminal is less than 1V, and the charger cannot detect the battery. After confirming that the battery connection is correct, long press the mode button for 3S. The charger will unlock the battery BMS, when the battery voltage rises above 11.6V, the charger will automatically enter the normal charging state. If you need to adjust the charging current and battery type at this time, disconnect the battery clip and repeat steps 4-6 to select the charging current and battery type you need;
14) The battery will be 100% charged when the display shows FUL;
Please unplug the AC plug first and then remove the battery clip from the battery. Note: If the charger exits error E02, disconnect and/or reconnect the battery terminals, then repeat the operations above. 1.2 MODE BUTTON: This button is used to set charging parameters.
